Dishing out ice cream for 20 years, Summer Delights is a cozy, friendly ice cream parlor that is the perfect place to get vegan versions of summertime favorites, including hot dogs and ice cream! Using Temptation ice cream (from Chicago Soy Dairy) as a base, ingredients are blended in to make several flavors. Keep cool with a scoop, or two, of vegan ice cream or try the homemade sorbet. Oh, and they also have vegan cupcakes, too!
