The stuff of dreams- they make both wood-fired thin crust and deep dish Chicago-style pizza, with Daiya cheese and faux meat! Because the deep dish crust is normally made with butter, you want a vegan deep dish you must call at least 6 hours in advance, so that they can prepare a vegan crust (they recommend you ask for a manager to ensure they don’t forget). Oh, and we forgot to mention, word has it that this is President Obama’s favorite pizza!
